Design and Build packages

We understand that starting the process of improving your home improvement can be daunting. By choosing us as your building partner, we can help you through every step of the process through one of our Design and Build packages.

Package 1

To get your project up and running, our Project Manager and in-house Architect will produce your pre-planning drawings, planning permission applications, service agreements and a full architectural set of specified drawings. We would obtain all the information for this through conducting a number of site visits to your home to go over all of your needs in full detail. This package does not include Structural drawings.

Package 2

This package includes everything you get in Package 1, as well as a full structural design pack. Structural drawings and calculations are necessary to obtain the relevant sign offs during the build. By opting for this package, our Architects will outline the structural alterations needed, and our Structural Engineers will provide all the calculations needed to complete the build, taking the stress out of finding a third party.
